Aleena Shariff @aleenasharif_art
Aleena was born in Pakistan. She studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, graduating with a BFA and minor in art history. She has held exhibitions in New York City, Los Angeles, London, Italy, and Pakistan, as well as in numerous virtual galleries. She continues her practice between New York and Pakistan, where she holds open studies in hopes of creating a safe space for the display of nude paintings.

Irina Tall Novikova @irina.tall111
Irina Tall is an artist and illustrator. She graduated from the State Academy of Slavic Cultures with a degree in art and bachelor's in design. Her first personal exhibition My soul is like a wild hawk (2002) was held at the Maxim Bagdanovich Literary Museum. In 2005, she devoted a series of works to the Chernobyl disaster. Broadly, she draws on anti-war and ecological themes. ​

Hailing from Sri Lanka, Shaniq publishes annual poetry collections. For him, writing has been a moral compass. Born and raised across continents, Shaniq sees identity as a myth, driving him to constantly reinvent his work over and over. His journey involves immortalizing his story by burning the old archives and starting anew.

Beatriz Seelaender
Beatriz Seelaender is a Brazilian writer from São Paulo. You can find her work all over the internet, from fictional horoscopes at Maudlin House to political reflections at MayDay Mag. She has earned both the Sandy Run Award and the Bottom Drawer Prize for the novellas The Austenites (Hidden River, 2024) and All According to Norm (Black Spring, 2024) respectively.

Claudia Wysocky
Claudia Wysocky is a Polish writer and poet based in New York. Her work is featured in WordCityLit and Lothlorien Poetry Journal. She published All Up in Smoke (Anxiety Press). Her writing is powered by her belief in art's potential to inspire positive change. She also shares her journey and love for writing on her own blog, where she expresses her talents as an immigrant raised in post-communism Poland.

Ivana is a 29-year-old English language teacher born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia. She also writes poetry, which explores the feelings of longing and nostalgia, the human connection, the impact of social media, as well as social and political commentary. Her other hobbies include writing articles and essays, drawing, enjoying pop culture and watching commentary videos on YouTube.

Gil Asif @asif_theentertainer
Gil Asif is a non-binary poet from Massachusetts. Writing has long been their release and a crucial meaning making exercise for the confusing and often painful experiences of young adulthood and mental illness. Over the past year, they selected and assembled fifty-four pieces of poetry for a currently unpublished collection, and regularly post illustrations and poems to their Instagram. In their free time, they make punk music and attend school to be a mental health professional.

Isobel Burke @poet.unmoored
Isobel Burke is a Canadian poet born and raised on Vancouver Island. She was shortlisted for the 2024 Bridport Prize for Poetry and her poetry collection “inheritance” won the Saints & Sinners Literary Festival poetry contest in 2023. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in publications including PRISM International, Anti-Heroin Chic, and Penumbra Online, amongst others.

Naram Khalayli is a 25-year-old Palestinian-Syrian, living in Damascus, Syria. He is a poet, mixed media artist, and is currently doing his residency in psychiatry after graduating with an M.D. He's interested in the creation of art, in any medium that sparks curiosity, attempting to capture emotions of delayed youth and abnormal surroundings.
